Bio-Track Pack: Analysis & Visualization Suite

As part of the Multi Agent Robotics and Systems Lab at Georgia Tech, I worked on the first iteration of a software bundle for tracking and analyzing multiple agents. This open-source project was built on the OpenCV, Point Cloud Library, and QT. The Bio-Tracking project was focused on sensor-based tracking of insects and aimed at analyzing behavior.

Cycle Atlanta Visualization

As part of as part of Transit Hack Day I built a map visualization of Cycle Atlanta data. The visualization illustrates the rides collected by users of the Cycle Atlanta app. After the hackathon this project was turned into the official rides map for Cycle Atlanta.

Farmio: Prototyping platform for environmental sensor networks

Farmio is a prototyping framework for environmental sensing. The project was built as a web application aimed at giving novice users the ability to prototype, generate and manage sensor networks. It was intended to work as an interface layer on top of the existing Arduino electronics prototyping platform. The application stores real-time data into a database and provides the user with a few simple visualizations to interact with the output. Making a sensor network’s data stream manageable empowers the end user to focus their effort on interpreting the data's meaning. Farmio's goal is to leverage the ease in which a user can create a sensor network allowing them to focus on investigating the results. It is in this way the platform serves as a prototyping framework for environmental sensing.

RiboVision: RNA visualization and analysis tool

RiboVision is a ribosomal visualization and analysis tool made at Georgia Tech for the NASA Astrobiology Institute. The visualization is intended to display simultaneous levels of detail within ribosomal complexity. The tool allows one to quickly and easily import and map a variety of standard and custom data onto primary, secondary, and three-dimensional structures.

Vis-A-Meal: Food Tracking App

Vis-a-meal allows users to track their diet and match it against their ideal nutrient intake. The application keeps a user's dietary history, allowing them to follow their nutrition over time. Using the saved food information, it can display information about daily and past nutrition in easy to read charts. The charts highlight a user's nutritional gaps.
